FAQ
1. What is the minimum order?
Minimum order is one dozen with the exception of mini cupcakes which is two dozen.
2.How long do cake pops last?
Cake pops have a shelf life of at least 2 weeks in the fridge and 7 days at room temperature. For orders with cream cheese frosting I would not suggest no more than 3 days at room temperature, but they last the same in the fridge as other cake pops.
3.What should I do with my cake pops once I get them home?
Refrigerating them is best.
4. Can I freeze the cake pops?
Yes you can freeze cake pops. Put them in the fridge when you are thawing them out. You can eat it straight from the fridge (our recommendation!) or take it out of the fridge and leave it at room temperature to serve.
5. Are your products nut/allergen free?
While most of our ingredients are peanut free, we cannot guarantee our product to be nut or allergen free.
6. Do you have gluten free products?
Yes, we can make all of our products gluten free. Call us to find out more.
7. How will my order be packaged?
Cake pops will be wrapped individually in cellophane and placed into a cake box. Cookies will be wrapped individually in cellophane. Cupcakes are place into a cake box. All orders can be made into a bouquet or arrangement. Pricing for arrangements varies so give us a call to find out more.
8. How do I get my order, do you deliver?
You can pick up your order at the following locations in Toronto. Please specify the location of pickup when ordering. For Delivery, please contact us. Delivery charges will vary from location.
